Gasket |
|
The gasket is an equipment part or material which prevents fluid
leakage and keeps dust away from equipment. The gasket is classfied
according to using location. one is the gasket using for non-moving
parts. And the other is the packing using for moving part.
Many components should be used to prevent leaking content from
reaching internal parts of oil-pressure equipment: include the
compressor, pump, boiler.
In case of rotating shafts and reciprocating motion, the materials
are inserted to prevent leaking gas and liquid from penetrated
part. The packing material used is determined by the material
and shape of the device, as well as the actual sealing location,
pressure and movement.
It can be used all kinds of materials.(ex. raw ruber, synthetic
rubber, leather, plastic,asbestos, paper,wood ,steel,copper,lead

The non-asbestos gasket uses a no-asbestos fiber

GRAPHITE GASKET |
The graphite gasket is a processed product with
a standard graphite sheet as a regular size. It is excellent
for a point of contact . Also, the graphite gasket can be used
in a variety of temperatures, due to it's low-temperature response.
It is useful for such contact with: hydrocarbons, organic solutions,
LNG, hot water, high-temperature and high-pressure steam, valve

SPIRAL WOUND GASKET |

This gasket is mixed ptfe and metal, and is desiged
for use at high-temperatures and high-pressures. It is installed
at the point of operated high-pressure, and it can be used for
several years with proper selection and control of pressure.

equipment/pipelines, distillation equipment, heating power plant,
atomic power plants, steam turbine engines, etc. This gasket
is produced with a tight rolling ptfe resin and a v-processed

nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)
The nitrile butadiene rubber is proper extremely

50~120¡É, and it is superior for oil-resistance and low-temperatature

Ethylene
-propylene- EPDM (EPDM)
It is excellent for ozone- resistance , including:
weather- resistance , heat- resistance , solvent- resistance
, and has a low specific gravity. |
Chloroprene
rubber (CR)
The chloroprene rubber is good for weather-resistance
and chemical - resistance and has a low gas-permeability
and fire-proof.
Caution is needed for sealing low-temperature
gas. |
Double Jacked Metal Gasket |

This is a metal claddding gasket produced with fillers including
asbestos, non-asbestos, graphite sheet, teflon, and cladded
with many kinds of metal material. It can be produced in case
of complex flat shapes and large calibers. The chloroprene rubber
is used widely due to good cushioning according to heat- resistance
and filler near metal.
Also it can be produced for particular, custom shapes, such
as: round, oval, rectangle.
The chloroprene rubber is used widely as part of a pipe flange
, in machinery ,and in the joint of heat exchanger.
