Gasket

The gasket is an equipment part or material which prevents fluid leakage and keeps dust away from equipment. The gasket is classfied according to using location. one is the gasket using for non-moving parts. And the other is the packing using for moving part.
Many components should be used to prevent leaking content from reaching internal parts of oil-pressure equipment: include the compressor, pump, boiler.
In case of rotating shafts and reciprocating motion, the materials are inserted to prevent leaking gas and liquid from penetrated part. The packing material used is determined by the material and shape of the device, as well as the actual sealing location, pressure and movement.
It can be used all kinds of materials.(ex. raw ruber, synthetic rubber, leather, plastic,asbestos, paper,wood ,steel,copper,lead ,alloy etc.)

The ptfe sheet can be cut and produced in many kinds of shapes . The products are divided according to impregnated filler used.
Usage for the fluids should be avoided pollution chemicals, including strong acid, strong alkali, chlorine gas, and organic solvent .

PTFE cushion gasket

The ptfe cushion gasket is elastic. It can be used with a flange and sealed with low plane relatively.
This gasket should not be used for: pollution (including strong acid, strog alkali, low-temperature fluids, oxygen, chlorine gas, organic solvents, and corrosive fluids)

NON-ASBESTOS Gasket

The non-asbestos gasket uses a no-asbestos fiber and synthetic rubber for superior oil resistance. It is oil-safe and excellent for sealing. Because it contains no asbestos, the non-asbestos gasket is a favorite choice for installations which are required to be asbestos-free.

GRAPHITE GASKET

The graphite gasket is a processed product with a standard graphite sheet as a regular size. It is excellent for a point of contact . Also, the graphite gasket can be used in a variety of temperatures, due to it's low-temperature response.
It is useful for such contact with: hydrocarbons, organic solutions, LNG, hot water, high-temperature and high-pressure steam, valve bonnet, gasket for heat-exchangers, using as a flange gasket of general pipe installations

SPIRAL WOUND GASKET

This gasket is mixed ptfe and metal, and is desiged for use at high-temperatures and high-pressures. It is installed at the point of operated high-pressure, and it can be used for several years with proper selection and control of pressure. It is used for: oil, high-temperature, and high-pressure steam equipment/pipelines, distillation equipment, heating power plant, atomic power plants, steam turbine engines, etc. This gasket is produced with a tight rolling ptfe resin and a v-processed metal strip. The folding pillow and spot welding are performed on some parts at the start and end of production.

PTFE+Rubber epilon gasket

nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)
The nitrile butadiene rubber is proper extremely as a seal of lubricating oil, operating oil, and fuel oil in industrial machinery, including: construction machinery, automobile, flight, kitchen supplies, etc.
The nitrile butadiene rubber can be used at 50~120¡É, and it is superior for oil-resistance and low-temperatature applications. The rubber includes for good flame-resistance,and low gas-permeability.
natural rubber(NR)

Natural rubber(NR)
The nitrile butadiene rubber is good for elasticity, wear-resistance, low-temperature - but it is not recommended for oil-resistance, heat-resistance, weather-resistance, or ozone-resistance

Fluororubber(FKM , viton rubber)
This rubber is the most superior for heat- resistance , including : weather- resistance ,oil- resistance    , chemical- resistance .
The change of properties is less at 200¡É. The fluororubber can be used for a short time at 300¡É.
Although price is high, it is used largely for a seal and gasket of high technological industries .

Ethylene -propylene- EPDM (EPDM)
It is excellent for ozone- resistance , including: weather- resistance , heat- resistance , solvent-    resistance , and has a low specific gravity.

Chloroprene rubber (CR)
The chloroprene rubber is good for weather-resistance and chemical - resistance and has a low    gas-permeability and fire-proof.
Caution is needed for sealing low-temperature gas.

Double Jacked Metal Gasket


This is a metal claddding gasket produced with fillers including asbestos, non-asbestos, graphite sheet, teflon, and cladded with many kinds of metal material. It can be produced in case of complex flat shapes and large calibers. The chloroprene rubber is used widely due to good cushioning according to heat- resistance and filler near metal.
Also it can be produced for particular, custom shapes, such as: round, oval, rectangle.
The chloroprene rubber is used widely as part of a pipe flange , in machinery ,and in the joint of heat exchanger.

Ring Joint Gasket

The ring joint gasket is used widely for a general piping equipment, including :tower,high-pressure vessel , bonnet of valve . This gasket is important for the oil refining industries, petrochemical industries, inorganic chemistry industries ,thermal power plant.

oval type It is a original joint type. The oval type maintains a superior seal with the surface of flange . Compare to the eight angles , it is difficult for the processing of precise size and surface treatment . Additionally , it cost more for production.
eight angles type Because of straight surface ,it is easy to the surface processing , and precise for the size processing compare to oval shape. When gasket is contact with the surface of imperfect flange,the high- fitting load will be requested. The reuse is possible.
Btype It is used for the high-pressure 5000~15000ps in a grooved flange, and designed accoring to API6A
bridge type It is called the seal ring at time of use for automatic seals and valves .
Usage for the valve bonnet , pressure vessel ,heat exchanger.
delta type automatic seal gasket .The silver-coating is processed on the surface for the effective seal
lense type It is designed according to DIN2696. The bolt load is low comparatively ,because the contacted surface of flange is oldfashioned.
double cone type It is used with aluminium sheet of 1.5~2.0mm for the effective seal.
